Was able to fix the broken part no problem. If the issue was the steamer valve it would not have worked.
Great solution to a broken handle.

Because of the design of the pan, it has a loose nut that sits in a frame attached to the pan, I have been unable to attach the handle. The handle does appear to fit, so when I can finally get the bolt to thread into the nut the handle should work.

I wasn't able to attach the handle with the chrome piece. I wasn't able to put it on the handle. I was not sure on how it goes onto the handle without separating the seam. The handle does work without it. I suggest attaching it at the factory prior to shipment.

It is difficult to order the proper handles when my cookware was purchased in 1981 and the handles are no longer available and the replacements are not very clear which to choose. I ordered side handles for my big kettle but when they came they are much too small.

    Works great

Muy buena la calidad y el costo es razonable

Why am I paying for a knob when we have lifetime warranty?

  8. BN

I received my order and discovered two of the pans had broken handles (probably due to mishandling during shipping). I'm sure the company will respond to my requests for new handles soon.

These handles are great, but not dishwasher friendly. This is the third set of replacement handles for my Dutch oven. All my pans could use a handle upgrade, as they are almost 40 years old. Love the cookware, but a more dishwasher-tolerant handle would be wonderful.

Finally were able to pick them up, and husband assembled last night. They seem to be fine, not wiggling/stripped out anymore! The fry pan handle is more ergonomically uncomfortable, for me, I’ll have to guard against thumb issues. The steep angle on the top near the pan edge cuts in, where the previous handle was more sloped. Easy for me to break blood vessels on the underside of my thumb, with the weight of pan &contents

Too high priced for what you get.

Everything was great, but unfortunately one of the pieces to assemble was broken when I received it! So I took a picture and emailed it to customer service . The very next day your company sent a replacement piece! Very good news! Great customer service!! All replacement!!

I like it because it is handy.

These products stand up to their reputation. Great!

I haven't had the opportunity to use all my pot and pans. But what I have cooked with I really see a difference in the quality and the way my food cooks. I wish I could have afforded these pot and pans 30 years ago.

Haven’t used all of the pieces yet. They cook well, but are a little difficult to clean and are also very heavy if you need to lift a full pot with one hand.

There is nothing wrong with this kutter. It was a replacement for one that had minor manufacturing blemishes and was promptly and courteously replaced. I am one of those special people who are left handed. As with all other things, I will make it work, but it is not specifically ambidextrous. An otherwise great tool. I would recommend this product and will use it in our Motorhome.

The service was friendly and the part arrived within 2 days!
The best thing is that it fit my 50 year old skillet. Yes, this set has been with us for 50 years.
    Only negative was the price.
But I love this electric skillet.
