    It took 3 tries but I finally received the correct valve set for my cookware that we have had for years. You guys need better clarification on your web for folks to reorder these things so they get the correct product that fits. Why did you guys change stuff when it was already perfect? I know…. to confuse people like me. Really fix your web with better description for which generation of cookware parts. It will make customers better informed to make the correct selection the 1st time.

    Everything with age is going to give out, we have had our cookware for approx. 22 years, now after being ot and cold ???? times one of the vapor valves broke. It was easy to choose the right replacement part and received it in a timely manner. The only problem is it looks so much better than the others my wife wants to replace all of them with new, Go figure!

    Parts work well, but they warp after a short time, and then they don't close properly and need to be replaced. Also, the kit now includes a knob, and I almost never need a knob.

    I've owned my pots and pans fifty + years and still love them; but needed to replace a broken knob. I my pots are the best on the market. I'm a Modern old lady with an Miele Induction stove top.
