    The quality is excellent. The knob is different than the one it replaced so it is taking some time to get used to it. The service is great.

    The handle was fine but it wasn’t the same handle that was on my kettle. So I still have a cracked handle. The new one is only about half the size as the old one.

    Handle looks good
    Did not fit my older cookware
    Correspondence told me what to order.
    BUT the site did Not mention that older 1970s cookware doesn’t fit the new handles.
    Shipping to me for wrong item $ 8.00. My return shipping was 4.00
    Have to reorder and will be charged $8.00 again,
    Which I feel should shipped free

    The screws provided were too big for my pots but I made it work. My pots are 25 years old and the bigger screws were probably an improvement since then.

    The product is well constructed and sound, However I was expecting a larger pan to match what we already have. If I would have read the description and realized that it was ONLY 12", I would have not purchased it for that price

    I like the way it slices cucumbers/radishes very thinly, but the slicing blades seem to be all the same thickness, and I don't always want everything super thin. I don't like the way it won't slice that last small bit of vegetable (even if using the guard) and if I barely put any pressure on it, the cone falls off. I never saw the instructional videos on the website that were mentioned in booklet. All the youtube videos show the same thing- slicing just some of the vegetable. This kutter is really only necessary for needing to shred/grate a large amount of something.

    I have had my skillet for 55 years and the handle broke. We got this replacement but when my husband tried to get the piece of handle off the skillet so he could attach the new one, the whole thing came off and now there is nothing to attach the handle to. Is there anything I can do..I used this skillet all the time..

    The new metal part that connects between the handle and the pan was shaped differently from my original pan, and was much smaller. As a result, it left a significant gap between the pan and the handle.

    As a result, I could not use that part and had to use my old one. See pictures.

    This may have been misrepresented. I thought I was purchasing Kitchen Craft 1 3/4 quart sauce pan with valve lid, but when I received it, it didn't match my set that I had purchased at the Iowa State Fair in 2001. Great cookware, love my set, but had to return the pan for a refund.
