  3. CM

These handles are much to small to replace my kettles handles and this is what was given to replace mine.

It is still not here yet!!!! I hope that I haven't bought something that I never get to use
Apparently it is lost in Anchorage ??????

I have the electric skillet with the vapor vent on its lid. I thought I only needed a new knob. The threaded part of my old knob had come out of the knob and I did not realized what had occurred, but the threads were still stuck on the protruding screw. So when I got the Knob kit it did not fit. So I ordered a vapor vent knob kit. When I got that it did not fit. As I fiddled with it with my pliers I then noticed that the threads were still on the screw because some of the black of the old knob were left on them. I then installed the new vapor kit it works OK but still does not tighten firmly.

We had to use one of the old pieces as it did not fit. I paid good money for all my cookware and now this. I’m disappointed

how is this not fraud when you portray this item as a kitchen craft slow cooker, but even in your picture you have a West Bend crock pot that isn't your brand with a kitchen craft lid with the logo on top? You are misrepresenting your items. if something happens to this pot, it will not be replaced with the same item. It might even look different because West Bend got bought out by regal. They will replace it with whatever garbage they make at the time. The handles won't match, it won't be the same.

Locking mechanism does not stays close

  9. RR

The screws with this part were way too short and the thread too big for my original set. I had to purchase other screws so it would fit properly. Was not happy about that.

  10. SC

Sent long handle not short handle that I ordered. Was not happy.

It still isn’t the right replacement part. I have been waiting for someone to return my call.

  12. KK

It was the wrong knob. I called and no one would help me. I left at least 3 messages and 2 emails. No one called me back.
I still want to speak to someone to help me select the correct knob to fit my electric skillet lid. Please let me know the correct part number!

  13. JG

  14. RJ

I LOVE my waterless cookware BUT I also own an older set with the original lids. I feel the older style lids are superior to the newer lids. The older model lids whistles when it starts to steam so you don’t need to be standing there watching and they don't create a vapor barrier like the new lid does. Sad they made this change..

Maybe it’s me but I cannot get this thing to fit on my frying pan.

My wife and I purchased the classic set which ran us just over $2,000. We saw the demonstration and purchased on 5-2-21 at the Asheville Home and Remodel Expo.
We received the cookware within a week and started to use immediately, we were excited to try them out.
They have been nothing but a huge disappointment, we absolutely hate this cookware!! It is nothing close to what the salesman promised it was. We feel that we were scammed. We really wanted to love it too.
I've tried to cook egg whites several times and half the egg sticks to the pan. I've tried it with coconut oil, olive oil, butter, and canola oil.
I've cooked them on medium, medium low, and low. It does not matter what temperature or oil you use, they stick and I lose a good portion of my egg. It takes twice as long now to cook the eggs. This is totally unacceptable. So if I were to continue using this cookware, which I won't be, I would have to double my egg white amount in the pan to get the amount of cooked eggs that I actually want.
Now, for the clean up!! The salesman said to immerse in water and soap (we use Dawn) immediately and allow to soak while you eat and clean up is super easy. Wrong!!!
When I go to clean after eating and it has soaked, I can scrape some off with a plastic spatula, then I scrub with Dawn and a scrub brush, rinse and there is still egg stuck to the pan, scrub again with the brush and Dawn, rinse, still egg stuck to the pan, repeat again and dry. After it's dry there are still stains in the pan and now I have to use Bar Keepers Friend and the scour side of the sponge and scrub to get it to actually look clean. This is waaay too much work!
Broccoli is a staple vegetable for us. The broccoli is burned every time, so we can't even eat it.   So, we would rather just use our old pots to steam it, and get nutrients that way, rather than not eat it at all, because of it being burned. Waterless is supposed to retain the nutrients,  per the salesman.  What good is it if its burnt and thrown out each time we make it?
The broccoli is burning on level 2-3 of 10 being the highest on my electric stove. Followed instructions. I fill the pot with broccoli and water, drain the water with the exception of what's on the broccoli per instructions and leave a tablespoons worth in even though this claims to be "waterless" cookware. Set my stove temp between 2-3, the lid never flutters or am able to spin it, next thing I smell is burning broccoli. This cookware is ruining our food and wasting our money.
The pot is difficult to clean even after cooking vegetables. The only way I can get it clean is by using Bar Keepers Friend and scrubbing it.
I've cooked asparagus, followed time table in the instructions, it was way overcooked and stained the pot. More BKF to scrub and clean it.
I cooked a filet. It took forever and still was not cooked well enough to eat. I had to put it in the oven to finish it off. The pan again was a chore to clean. My next filet I cooked was on the BBQ, it took half the time and was cooked perfectly.
We have called representatives to discuss our dissatisfaction and request to return,, they just give us cooking tips, which none have been consistent with each other. We have tried all their tips with the same negative results. We are 100% dissatisfied with this cookware set.
We are at our wits end with this cookware and want to return it for a refund. There shouldn't have to be this much of a learning curve to using this cookware. I've been cooking close to 47 years and love to cook, this set has been my biggest nightmare in the kitchen. We are back to using our original old cookware. Thank God we saved it as we were planning on donating it.
A company that praises their cookware so highly should back it with a 100% satisfaction return policy. The salesman doesn't tell you anything about a return policy, only the product itself has a lifetime warranty.

I recieved an order for replacement parts some weeks ago. I emailed immediately that while the part looked identical in actuality the thread size for the top piece was wrong. I have emailed twice since with no reply. I left a message with customer service with a request for a call back but no call as of yet. Before I give your company a widespread bad online review I hope to resolve this issue.
