I "thank you" for having the parts to my cookware STILL after these many years but I honestly feel the price is a bit high and then to include almost the same amount for shipping is almost too much. For 2 sets of pan lid knobs (and associated additional parts that come with them) + shipping to be $40.00 is priced too high but then I DO NOT have an alternate source to purchase or compare pricing so it almost either pay what the costs with your company is or GO WITHOUT. I do realize that to maintain parts for this long is probably unusual and since I've had the pan set for sooo many years, I'm probably "Lucky" to even be able to find a part anywhere else is Non-existent sooo I'm stuck with whatever the price may be to repair the lid again for useful service on the associated pan(s) that it fits. Thanks for still having the parts available and will just bare the expense it took to get them back into working order. Its too bad that the individual parts in the kit couldn't be purchased separately as the ONLY thing that broke and needed replaced was the knob and possibly could have used the original parts with the NEW knob rather that replacing the entire 4 parts which I did and are keeping the 3 remaining Old Original parts for future use, if needed. I MUST Admit that replacing all the 4 parts together is working more smoothly than piece parting and mixing OLD & New parts together. So all in all, I guess I can live with the price it cost me to get the lid back into operational condition :o). R/Reyn Allen

I recieved an order for replacement parts some weeks ago. I emailed immediately that while the part looked identical in actuality the thread size for the top piece was wrong. I have emailed twice since with no reply. I left a message with customer service with a request for a call back but no call as of yet. Before I give your company a widespread bad online review I hope to resolve this issue.
