    I have not found the right use for this. I've tried it on different veggies, ribs, cheese and haven't been able to get it to cut through. What does it work the best on? It's just setting on my counter. I have better luck with knife and scissors. It does take a strong grip. Any suggestions?

    I bought a set of pots and pans with a LIFETIME, UNCONDITIONAL WARRANTY. To get the wrong handle for the pan is bad enough but to have to pay for it is over the top. Not only will I not fall for ANY spiel that includes an unconditional warranty, I doubt seriously that I'll buy anything from a salesman again.

    These handles would be great but are too small so you burn your hands if you use them to carry the pot after cooking. They need to be bigger to be of any benefit.

    I purchased my set of pans in 1975. I recently emailed your customer service for assistance on ordering new handles. After waiting months for a reply and receiving none I ordered off your web site. The helper handle fit my skillets but the long handle does not match my pots attachment point. Frustrating.

    Not bad. I was just concern that an expensive pan handle will break. My cheap pans never had any problem. I think it should be sturdy for life. Had this pan over 10 years

    I am not as happy with it as I first thought. It is hard to clean and I am having trouble making anything that turns out good in it. Less and less useful. Chef Tim has been helpful, but now I am afraid to try.
