I love this pan! The versatility of this pan is amazing. I use it to make jelly rolls at the holidays, but it does so much more. I can bake 6 grilled cheese in the oven, one pan meals with veggies and chicken or chops, biscuits, cinnamon rolls, flat bread pizzas. I will be ordering these for my children for Christmas. Better than an air fryer when it comes to oven fries, tater tots, chicken nuggets.

I have almost everything that Kitchen Craft makes and am very happy with it, but I have to say, I was a little disappointed when this pan arrived. The size is advertised as 14" x 10" so I was expecting a bigger pan. When it arrived, it was the jelly roll pan which I already have which does not measure 14" x 10". It was not for me but a gift for a friend who loves Kitchen Craft also, and only the small cooking set, but has no bakeware and wants a larger pan with low edges I told him Kitchen Craft didn't have one but when I saw this one, it appeared (by picture and measurement) to be larger. I will still give the pan to my friend but am still waiting for a larger pan to be made by Kitchen Craft.

These products are amazing. Love the little saute skillet for cooking eggs. My husband likes his eggs "like my Momma cooked them" which is over easy. I always scrambled them, not knowing how easy over easy is until I got this pan! I can even flip them without a spatula. They slide all over the pan effortlessly with only a short spray of olive oil. I am thrilled with this pan. And the jelly roll pan is quickly becoming my most used baking pan.

At the same time I purchased this, I purchased a 7” sauté pan…Funny, why a review wasn’t sent for that, and just the bake pan…that is interesting.
First, the bake pan is great….when I use parchment paper! I can use parchment paper directly on my racks without any pan as well. Everything sticks to these surfaces. And it scratches SO EASILY!!
Second, the 7” sauté pan is a complete waist of money!!! I understand “ low is all you need to know”. The slogan is cute, but even on low, my eggs stick! I have used butter, ghee, olive oil, avacado oil and everything is the same result. And then the surface needs to be soaked for such a long time to get it clean without creating the smallest of scratches. I consider this another expensive life lesson and have shared my experience with many people. I wish I could exchange my purchase for a pot, at least then I wouldn’t have the food-stick problems. I would use it for liquid based foods, like soups and things like that.

This is quality stainless steel – not a chance that it will warp in a hot oven. I bought 2 since I am trying to reduce my use of aluminum bakeware for health reasons. In addition to using these pans for baking/roasting, I also plan to use them to cover casserole pans in place of aluminum foil. I am happy to pay more for craftsmanship like this and for products made in the USA (wish I could also buy American gasoline).
