When I left home in 1983, my parents bought me a set of Kitchen Craft cookware. At the time, I thought that the cost was an extravagance. However, I still use this set today in 2018 as my primary cookware. I've used it on a daily basis continuously, and the 3 qt. sauce pan is my "go to" piece. It gets used more than all the others‰ÛÓfrom soups, to sauces, to simply boiling water for pasta. I wish that I could include a photo, because this sauce pan looks amost as shiny and new as it did 35 years ago.

I love my new saucepan. It’s much larger than the two quart I already have. (Which came with the set I’ve had for 15 years and it still looks like new). And it’s quieter.

I had to replace the one I ruined that I bought from this company in 1990. I was so upset with myself because I was rushing around and the pot got hot enough, the soldering melted and ran onto my floor. Luckily no one got hurt, but in my panic I forgot about the lifetime warranty and threw it in the trash that night. The next day when I remembered about the warranty the pot was already gone. I didn't even give it a second thought of what brand I was going to look at. Yes the price tag is a shocker, but had I not goofed up I would not have had to pay the $400 ish for a replacement pot. As long as I learned my lesson, which I did, I will never have to buy another. I bought a set as a high school senior in 1990 and have all the rest plus I have the ones that were my mom's from way before that. They are a great investment and I do love cooking with them.

Handle cracked. Sent two request to customer service and finally them myself and stayed on hold then they basically showed me where to order but it is up to me to figure out which one to order. I have a 3 QT pot WI 53095. Why don't you just have parts listed for this pot? I thought this was covered under warranty but customer service was quick to tell me where to read that is it not covered. Wish they were as helpful to help me determine which handle to order.

I have been buying these pots for the past couple of years for Christmas presents for my kids… I personally have been " an owner" using these pots, for maybe around 20 years or more. Believe it or not they are still in excellent condition. Parts are easy to get if needed. The Waterless Pots do cook as advertised. The food I cook with these pots does have a lot more flavor in my opinion. I do tell my kids to watch the videos on how to use the waterless cookware….
