Equipment

  • Multi Ply Stainless All-Purpose Bake Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb. of Prosciutto thinly sliced
  • 1/2 8 ounce package Neufchatel Cheese, softened
  • 12 spears of Fresh Asparagus trimmed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven to 450 degrees.
  • Spread prosciutto slices with Neufchatel cheese.
  • Wrap slices around asparagus spears.
  • Place spears in a single layer on lightly greased All-Purpose Bake Pan.
  • Bake 15 minutes or until asparagus is tender.
  • Enjoy!
