    I love my kitchen Craft gourmet cooker. Especially like the versatility of using on the stove. I had to replace the knob on the lid because I dropped the lid and the knob broke. The replacement was easy to install.

    Ordered replacement knob and I was told that the item was the one I needed, I even sent a picture at that time. Does not match rest of my set plus I was told I needed to order the complete set up. I have no idea as to why only need the know and there was no difference with the rest. Fits the lid well just doesn’t match

    This handle fit my original whistle top perfectly; other parts associated with the whistle top (at greater expense as part of the kit) do not deteriorate as the threads on my handle did, so I didn't spend the extra money and was lucky!

    Nice looking replacement handles. A little more expensive than I would have liked. Ordering from website was fairly easy, however, upon receiving them I found they did not fit. I contacted customer service several times as I wanted to return or exchange them for the handles I needed. I usually do not have problems with internet commerce But this was a frustrating endeavor.

    Finally, after almost a week of calls and emails, I was contacted by Nichole Baumann from the “warranty department”. She apparently had been on vacation and was the only person who knows how things work. Not only did she assist me in placing an order for the correct handles, but she also provided a refund for my original order.

    I have the electric skillet with the vapor vent on its lid. I thought I only needed a new knob. The threaded part of my old knob had come out of the knob and I did not realized what had occurred, but the threads were still stuck on the protruding screw. So when I got the Knob kit it did not fit. So I ordered a vapor vent knob kit. When I got that it did not fit. As I fiddled with it with my pliers I then noticed that the threads were still on the screw because some of the black of the old knob were left on them. I then installed the new vapor kit it works OK but still does not tighten firmly.

    After original knobs breaking, I have been using some of my lids without knobs for several years. We finally decided to order replacements. They fit perfect and are now like new. Am very happy we purchased. Cooking will be so much easier with a handle to grab on to.

    Did not fit my older cookware
    Correspondence told me what to order.
    BUT the site did Not mention that older 1970s cookware doesn’t fit the new handles.
    Shipping to me for wrong item $ 8.00. My return shipping was 4.00
    Have to reorder and will be charged $8.00 again,
    Which I feel should shipped free
