Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup applesauce
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup brown rice syrup
  • 4 tbsp. runny honey
  • 1/2 date palm sugar
  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 3 tbsp. virgin coconut oil heat to liquify
  • 1 1/2 cups dried unsweetened cherries chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Mix all the ingredients together except the cherries and spread evenly over the Large Cookie Sheet.
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Mix it up with a wooden spoon every ten minutes, making certain to turn the browned granola from the top, to the bottom.
  • Allow the granola to cool before transferring to an airtight glass or stainless steel jar.
