Welcome to your customer service and warranty department for your waterless cookware.

There have been over 100 waterless cookware brands manufactured since the conception of waterless cooking 120 years ago in West Bend, Wisconsin. The first brand ever was Kitchen Craft, and many other manufacturers copied the process. Some successfully and some are no longer available. Many of them had lifetime warranties against workmanship and materials and some were limited to 20 to 50 years.

Our brands: Kitchen Craft, Lustre Craft, Americraft, and Healthy Gourmet are current and most replacement parts are still available.

The warranty covers workmanship or craftsmanship. If the item broke from abuse, alteration, an accident or excessive heat from cooking or a fire, the replacement cost is half the retail price at time of replacement. All pricing is listed below and shipping charges via UPS.

Our parts, service, and support are limited to Kitchen Craft, Lustre Craft, and Americraft waterless cookware. For all other brands, we are unable to assist but have compiled a list of contacts below to help direct you to the appropriate manufacturer or service provider.
