Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. Snap Peas
  • 1/4 tsp. Basil
  • 1/2 tsp. Lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 4 slices Lemon, thin

Instructions

  1. Snap the ends of the pea pods and remove the string.
  2. Wash, rinse and place in 1 Quart pan.
  3. Add spices and toss lightly.
  4. Cook on medium heat until lid spins on water seal. Remove from heat.
