Warm touches of curry, the sweetness of fresh apples and grapes, the crispiness of celery and soothing cucumber, combine to make a turkey salad that will be requested at every picnic hereafter.

  • 4 cups Chunked Cooked Turkey
  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1 cup Chopped Apples with skin on
  • 1 cup Celery
  • 1 cup Seedless Grapes cut in half
  • 1 cup Peeled Cucumber
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Almonds (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

  1. Combine mayo and sour cream; add curry powder.
  2. In a large bowl combine turkey, apples, celery, grapes, cucumber and chopped onion.
  3. Mix well together.
  4. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  5. Stir in sliced almonds saving a few to use on top as garnish.
