Slow Cooker Sloppy Joe Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 boneless (skinless chicken breasts)
  • 12 oz. tomato sauce
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 1 1/2 oz. sloppy joe mix
  • Optional: Rice or buns for serving

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Mix together tomato sauce, honey and sloppy joe mix.
  3. Pour mixture over chicken.
  4. Cover and coon on low 6-8 hours.
  5. Shred chicken into bite size pieces with forks.
  6. Serve over a bed of rice or in bun.
