  • 3 lbs Chicken breast - boneless, skinless
  • **May use chicken thighs- boneless, skinless
  • 1 oz pkg. Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
  • 1/2 cup to 1 cup of Chicken broth or Sherry
  • Larger Quantity of Chicken:
  • 4 Quart Stock Pot View
  • 5-6 lbs Chicken breast - boneless, skinless
  • **May use chicken thighs- boneless, skinless
  • 2 oz pkg. Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
  • 1 1/2 cups to 2 1/2 cups of Chicken broth or Sherry
  • Largest Quantity of Chicken:
  • 6 Quart Gourmet View
  • 7 - 8 lbs Chicken breast - boneless, skinless
  • **May use chicken thighs- boneless, skinless
  • 3 oz pkg. Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
  • 3 cups to 4 cups of Chicken broth or Sherry

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in slow cooker and sprinkle with dressing
  2. Pour broth/sherry over chicken until almost but not fully covered.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Notes

Cooking time can vary due to size of pan and amount of chicken. Rule of thumb: Fill your pots and pans at least 2/3 full of food.
