Ingredients

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 large can diced tomatoes (28 oz.)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen corn
  • 3 cups mixed dried beans (sorted, soaked, and drained)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup vegetable stock or water

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into Gourmet Cooker on setting 1 for 10-12 hours.
