4 Tbs. Maple syrup
2 Pounds Center Cut Ham Steak
1 Can Pineapples Slices packed in Juice or water
1. Trim fat from ham steak and place in pre-heated 12" FamilieĀ® Skillet. While it is browning, brush surface with 2 tablespoons of Maple Syrup. Continue to brown about 3 minutes total.
2. Turn and brush other side with remaining 2 tablespoons of Maple Syrup. Cover and cook 4 minutes on medium heat. When vapor escapes, turn to low.
3. Place pineapple rings in skillet and brown in pan drippings. Turn once. Serve on top of ham pieces or to the side.
4. To serve, turn steak over and cut into serving pieces.
