Ingredients
1/2 lb Snap Peas
1/4 tsp Basil
1/2 tsp Lemon zest
1/4 tsp white pepper
4 slices Lemon, thin

 

Directions
Snap the ends of the pea pods and remove the string. Wash, rinse and place in 1 Quart unit. Add spices and toss lightly. Heat on medium until vapor escapes. Remove from heat.
