1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
3/8 cup (1/4 + 1/8) lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon grated ginger
2 teaspoons mustard powder
1/4 cup sesame oil
2 teaspoons carrot puree
2 tablespoons celery puree
(puree by slightly cooking then mashing or process to mush)
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Heat without boiling, and serve.
Makes 10 2-tablespoon servings.
