1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup margarine, melted
1 tbsp water
1 16 oz. can whole berry cranberry sauce
2 tbsp cornstarch
5 Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored and thinly sliced
1. In a medium bowl mix together oats, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Stir in the melted margarine and water to form a crumbly mixture.
2. In electric skillet, mix together cranberries and cornstarch at 200 degrees. Heat well until thickened. Stir in apples. Spread mixture evenly in skillet. Crumble oat mixture over apple-cranberries. Gently press down.
3. Bake at 225 degrees for 15 minutes with valve closed. Remove lid and dry with paper towel. Place lid back on and cook at 250 degrees for 15-20 more minutes. (Wipe inside of lid with paper towel when necessary.) Let cool a little while before serving.
