Steak or Porkchops
Broccoli Florets
Cauliflower Florets
Sliced Carrots
(Your choice of any fresh veggie will work great!)
Steak and Porkchops:
Preheat stovetop on medium to medium high.
Place meat in 10" Skillet with the cover off to brown. (The utensil size depends on how much meat you plan to cook. Never over- or under-fill the utensil.)
After the meat has browned, add your vegetables and cover the utensil with the vapor valve open. Cook for about 5 minutes. (If you see vapor, turn the heat down.)
Turn meat, brown and serve. For flavor, add a slice of onion and your favorite seasonings.
