Preheat your utensil on medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Your unit is ready to begin cooking when a few drops of water dance around the bottom of the unit.
Add your tuna and/or salmon.
Squeeze a lemon over the seafood as seasoning. The juice will also help to keep the fish smell out of your home. After you've squeezed the juice out of the lemon, you can drop the entire lemon into the unit and allow it took cook with your food.
After about 6 minutes, flip the tuna. Salmon will not need flipped - when it's flaky on top, it's ready.
Turn the heat off. The tuna will continue to cook.
When your seafood has reached your desired doneness, season to your taste and serve.
