Place a layer of shucks on the bottom of the utensil you choose to use.
Add the ears of corn on top.
Rinse the corn off with a cup of water and drain leaving about 1 to 2 tablespoons of water in the bottom of the unit. (Eventually you can do this without any water. Use the few tablespoons of water until you get used to your cookware.)
Cover the unit and place the vapor valve in the open position.
Cook on medium heat until the vapor valve whistles or vapor escapes.
Close the valve and turn the heat down to the lowest setting.
Let the corn cook for about 12 to 15 minutes total cooking time and serve.
