3 cups Green Cabbages
¼ cup Red Cabbage
¼ cup Green Onions, sliced
1 cup Mayonnaise fat-free
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Carrots, shredded
2 stalks Celery, minced
1 cup Green Pepper, sliced thin
½ cup Red Peppers, sliced thin
1 cup Romaine Lettuce
½ cup Zucchinis, shredded

1. Clean and prepare vegetables, using #2 cone for shredding cabbages, onion, carrots, celery and zucchini. Dice the peppers and romaine lettuce with a sharp knife.
2. Lightly toss the vegetables. Chill until serving time. Add your favorite lite dressing and toss to coat all the vegetables with a slight coating of dressing.
